CEA Construction was born from the idea and foresight of two young businesswomen, who took over a company that had already been operating in the civil and industrial sector at national level for over twenty years, thus acquiring their know-how, as well as their means and manpower.
Our goal is to develop an innovative business in the field of new construction, renovation and restoration.
From 2022, Cea Construction will be entering the world of e-commerce with design and consultancy packages.
We invest in specialised manpower in the fields of restoration, new construction, and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
We guarantee absolute flexibility and contract management, meeting the customer’s needs thanks to our company organisation, equipment and specially adapted means.
The company is represented by Engineer Annachiara Contessa, Sole Director, Dr. Emanuela Contessa, Geom. Angelo Contessa (Commercial Management), and Arch. Paolo Capoccia (Technical Director).
To complete the staff, the company developed a purchase office, a technical office (consisting of 1 draughtsman, 2 internal engineers and various collaborations with external engineers, 2 architects and 1 surveyor), an administrative office and a legal office.
From the design point of view, through the technical staff, the company adopted BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology, which provided the opportunity to optimise the information management of the construction process, making data more accurate and at the same time accessible and easy to visualise, through the development of a virtual construction site.
On the operational side, CEA Construction deploys a team of highly experienced workers. The operators are bricklayers, labourers, plasterers, carpenters and floor layers, all of whom are specially trained.
