We remind you that the data subject has the right to be informed of the source of the personal data; of the purposes and methods of processing; of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; of the identification details of the data controller, data processors and of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of processing.

The data subject shall have the right to obtain the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; certification to the effect that the operations described above have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for marketing purposes.

The data subject’s right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes carried out by automated contact methods is extended to traditional methods, without prejudice to the possibility for the data subject to exercise this right in whole or in part, i.e., by objecting, for example, only to the sending of promotional communications carried out by automated means.
