CEA Construction will first carry out the feasibility study aimed at verifying whether the real estate meets the requirements to access the subsidies. Subsequently, it will provide for the planning necessary to determine the works to be carried out, including:

• the definition of the administrative process for obtaining the necessary permits/consultancies for the execution of the works by the relevant bodies;
• the exact identification of the categories of work to be carried out and the consequent tax deduction areas to be applied according to the case under consideration for the correct application of the regulations in force;
• the design including the metric survey carried out using laser scanner technology, graphic drawings and metric calculation of the works;
• the energy diagnosis of the building and the design of energy containment to determine the works to be carried out for the improvement of two energy classes of the building.
